He also directed the acquisition and integration of T***N*** Fa*** Systems, where targeted capital deployment and operational realignment doubled EBITDA post-closing.

Prior to co-founding Three Threshold Acquisitions, Dave served as Strategic Director at H*** Capital Partners, where he oversaw deal origination across North American middle-market assets. He played a pivotal role in establishing co-investment partnerships and repositioning distressed real estate assets into stabilized, income-producing properties.

Grounded in discretion, Dave drives the firm’s investment framework, oversees global strategy, and manages negotiations with founders, sellers, and institutional partners. Dave continues to advise emerging operators, independent sellers, and boutique funds on asset repositioning and long-term value creation. He is regarded as the visionary force behind the firm’s expanding footprint and disciplined acquisition identity.

Alex Mercer is a disciplined finance executive recognized for his analytical rigor, capital-structuring expertise, and precision in navigating complex financial environments. As co-founder and partner, he oversees financial strategy, treasury operations, risk evaluation, and cross-border capital structuring across the firm’s multi-sector investment platform.

Alex brings a deep background in private equity finance, previously serving as Vice President of Financial Strategy at H***G*** Equity Holdings, where he led underwriting for more than $600 million in combined real estate, technology, and industrial acquisitions. He rebuilt H***G***’s internal financial architecture, implementing performance-tracking frameworks that improved portfolio ROI consistency across 14 assets.

Earlier in his career, Alex served as Director of Capital Markets at N*** R*** Partners, where he helped structure the launch of R*** Industrial Fund I and secured diversified capital commitments from private investors and family offices. His leadership extended across financial compliance, treasury oversight, and long-range forecasting during the firm’s expansion phase. Alex has also executed several strategic financial integrations, including the consolidation of A*** R*** Systems, where he engineered a multi-phase refinancing plan that stabilized liquidity and increased acquisition value ahead of resale.

At Three Threshold Acquisitions, Alex oversees all financial modeling, capital structuring, tax strategy, and investor-side reporting. His disciplined approach ensures that every acquisition crosses the threshold with a resilient capital framework and long-term financial durability.

Eduardo Reyes is a globally minded investment strategist known for identifying high-yield opportunities across international markets and emerging industries. As partner of Three Threshold Acquisitions, he leads the firm’s investment thesis development, global market intelligence, and international portfolio strategy.

Eduardo previously served as Managing Director of Global Acquisitions at Sol d*** O*** Capital, a Mexico-based private investment group with operations across the U.S., South America, and Europe. There, he spearheaded the acquisition of Au***L*** Technologies, an early-stage equipment provider whose valuation tripled following strategic repositioning into high-growth industrial verticals.

He also guided Sol d*** O***’s expansion into European hospitality, leading the acquisition of The A*** Hotel Collection, a distressed boutique hotel group restructured into a profitable, high-occupancy portfolio after operational realignment and targeted reinvestment.

Earlier in his career, Eduardo served as Senior Investment Strategist at Peregrine G*** Ventures, where he evaluated high-impact deals across logistics, automation, renewable energy, and real estate development. His understanding of international regulations, foreign capital flows, and regional risk structures enabled the closing of multiple successful cross-border joint ventures.
